Joe grooms the road every Wednesday night (usually from about 2 to 11 p.m...This is a feature on Joe and other State Parks folks and how they groom more than 850 miles of trails across the state. They do it at night to avoid conflicts with snowmobiles, but you will likely see some before it gets dark.
